Job Overview

We are seeking a Season 2026, skilled, and guest-focused Bartender to create exceptional beverage experiences across our bars. The role involves preparing and serving drinks, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining bar inventory, and supporting the F&B team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, recommending drinks and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Assist in training junior bar staff as needed.
• Support smooth coordination with waitstaff and kitchen teams.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Bartender in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
