Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front office operations (reception, concierge, reservations, guest services)
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle VIP guests

  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain service standards and brand consistency

  • Supervise, schedule, and motivate front office staff

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members

  • Manage daily front desk activities and shift coverage

  • Ensure accurate room assignments, check-in/check-out processes

  • Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audit procedures

  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B departments on a daily basis

Education and Experience:

  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office, strong email, PC and internet skills; Hotelizer would be an asset
  • Prove leadership skills, be results oriented
  • Customer focused, quality driven, superior organizational and follow up skills with a strong eye to detail
  • Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Strong work ethics
