Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to create havens of comfort and tranquility.

Room Preparation: Ensure all spaces are immaculately prepared and meet high standards of presentation.

Inspection & Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors promptly.

Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

Compliance & Safety: Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies during cleaning and handling of equipment or chemicals.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a hotel.
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to multitask and handle guest interactions professionally.
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
