Night Shift Receptionist
About the role

We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Night Front Office Agent who will act as the main point of contact for our guests during night hours, ensuring smooth front desk operations and high standards of hospitality.
This role requires responsibility, professionalism, and the ability to multitask calmly and efficiently.
What you will do
• Handle guest arrivals, departures, and requests during the night shift
• Ensure smooth front desk operations, including phone and email communication
• Monitor and update reservations in the system
• Manage payments, invoicing, and prepare night shift reports
• Maintain accurate guest records and system updates
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
• Monitor hotel premises and report any suspicious activity
• Handle emergency situations with professionalism and composure

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, who:
• Has previous experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality
• Is familiar with hotel management systems (e.g. Protel) and basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Can remain calm and effective under pressure
• Has excellent command of Greek and English
