As our Captain, you will be assisting our Maitre D' Hotel and Sous Maitre for the smooth operation of all food & beverage outlets within the hotel, with emphasis on excellent customer service.
We are looking for a real team player and motivational leader that will grow and develop a talented Food & Beverage team.
The right candidate will have experience in delivering high standards. They match creativity with commercial acumen and recognise that the key to success is a trained and empowered team.
To be successful as our Captain you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience. You will have experience operating as a Captain or restaurant supervisor, for more than 2 years in a luxury 5* hotel environment.
