The specifics of the role:
· Welcome all guests in a helpful and friendly manner. Register arriving guests according to procedures
· Assist guests with their requests, giving suggestions and tips for the island
· Update reservations with any details that will ensure the smoothest operation of our departments
· Overlooking and coordinating the room department operation
· Conducts check-in and check-out procedures based on the property’s SOP’s
· Arrival and Departure standards
· Promotes in house property services and facilities
· Handles guest needs, inquiries, and requests
· Must be able to handle cash responsibly
Entry Requirements:
· Experience in a 4*or 5* boutique hotel environment, with minimum experience 2 years
· Excellent command of both Greek & English language, both spoken and written.
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
