Employment period: April – October
Responsibilities:

Support the daily operations of the hotel and coordinate between departments

Handle guest requests before, during, and after their stay

Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations

Monitor arrivals, departures, and special guest requests
-
Resolve operational issues with professionalism and a guest-focused approach

Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when required

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, standards, and policies
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or within hotel operations / Front Office

Good understanding of hotel operations and service procedures
-
Very good command of English (additional language is a plus)

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
