Employment period: April – October
Responsibilities:

Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels (OTAs)

Support check-in and check-out procedures

Assist guests before, during, and after their stay

Enter, update, and maintain reservation details in the PMS
-
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Operations departments

Handle payments, invoices, and credit card transactions
-
Manage guest requests and complaints with professionalism
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in Front Office and Reservations in a 4★ or 5★ hotel

Good knowledge of Front Office operations and PMS systems
-
Very good command of Greek and English (additional language is a plus)

Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset

Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail

Experience handling reservations via phone and distribution channels
