Housekeeping Manager

Location: Crete

Duration: April– October

Job description

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and daily task allocation
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hotel quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and address any deficiencies promptly
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage housekeeping supplies and linen
• Coordinate closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest feedback and complaints related to housekeeping professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping systems and procedures
