Sales Manager
About the role
As a Sales Manager at Zeus Hotels & Resorts, you’ll be part of the commercial force that connects our hotel portfolio with partners, clients, and opportunities across markets. Your mission is to build meaningful relationships, open new doors, and represent our brand with confidence and clarity, whether you’re meeting a corporate account, visiting a partner abroad, or strengthening ties with key leisure collaborators.
You’ll move between strategy and action, numbers and people, planning and presence. Your role thrives in motion: external meetings, sales calls, travel across regions when needed, and constant communication with partners who shape our business pipeline.
Life Inside the Hotel Group
Some days take you out into the field meeting travel partners, exploring new corporate accounts, presenting opportunities, or reconnecting with long-standing collaborators. Other days are quieter: planning sales strategies, reviewing performance, preparing proposals, and working closely with colleagues from Revenue, Marketing, and Operations.
Within this rhythm, you are the bridge between the market and our hotels — turning conversations into contracts, insights into actions, and relationships into long-term growth.
What you’ll do
- Conduct regular external meetings, sales calls, and market visits in Greece and abroad
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and key partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the Group’s commercial footprint
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow through until deal closure
- Represent Zeus International Hotels & Resorts at trade shows, workshops, and industry events
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and shifting client needs
- Provide sales updates, performance insights, and forecasts to management

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- Has proven experience of 2-3 years in hospitality sales (both Leisure and/or Corporate)
- Enjoys being in the field meeting partners, visiting accounts, and building face-to-face connections
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Is confident, self-driven, and comfortable managing their own schedule
- Is fluent in English
- Understands commercial strategy, market segmentation, and sales cycles
- Loves teamwork but can also operate independently when on the move
