Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality service in an à la carte restaurant

Take and execute food and beverage orders accurately

Present the menu and provide dish and wine recommendations to guests

Ensure an excellent guest experience in line with 5★ service standards

Cooperate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in an à la carte restaurant, ideally within a 4★ or 5★ hotel

Good knowledge of service procedures and basic wine knowledge

Excellent command of Greek and English (additional language is a plus)

Professional attitude, courtesy, and strong team spirit

Attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
