Employment period: April – October

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service in an à la carte restaurant

• Take and execute food and beverage orders accurately

• Present the menu and provide dish and wine recommendations to guests

• Ensure an excellent guest experience in line with 5★ service standards

• Cooperate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an à la carte restaurant, ideally within a 4★ or 5★ hotel

• Good knowledge of service procedures and basic wine knowledge

• Excellent command of Greek and English (additional language is a plus)

• Professional attitude, courtesy, and strong team spirit

• Attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
