Employment period: April – October
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the daily operation of the à la carte restaurant

Lead, support, and motivate the service team during shifts

Ensure a high level of service quality and guest experience

Welcome and serve guests, including VIP clientele

Present the menu and provide recommendations on dishes and wines

Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Captain or Head Waiter in an à la carte restaurant or a 4★–5★ hotel

Strong knowledge of service procedures and wine
-
Excellent command of Greek and English (additional language is a plus)

Leadership skills, strong organization, and excellent communication abilities

Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
