Position: Night Auditor

Location: Athens

Reports to: Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner during overnight hours.
• Perform accurate and efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and billing.
• Balance all front desk postings and prepare required reports for management.
• Monitor hotel security, ensuring guest safety and reporting any incidents as needed.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transport options.
• Ensure front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas remain tidy and welcoming.
• Operate hotel systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ) efficiently and complete daily night tasks.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in front office or night audit role, ideally in a hotel setting.
• Strong numerical skills with accuracy in financial reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English; other languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems (Opera, OnQ preferred).
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
