Role

Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Porto Heli is currently seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to join our team as Waiter, you will support the smooth and professional operation of our dining outlets.

Responsibilities

• Present and describe food and beverage items on the menu to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner.
• Greeting guests warmly, seat them promptly, and ensure consistent, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Oversee table setup, maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, and uphold high service standards.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of all orders.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
• Monitor inventory of dining supplies and beverages, maintain stock levels, and contribute to minimizing waste.
• Promote and upsell food, beverages, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with service across other hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining operations as required

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Barista or Bartender in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of service sequence.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Experience POS systems is preferred
