Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and professional check-in and check-out procedures according to Apart Hotel standards.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and presentation of rooms and common areas.
• Oversee the laundry process and linen management (collection, cleaning, distribution).
• Manage and place supply and stock orders to ensure timely availability of amenities and materials.
• Handle invoicing and accurate financial documentation for guests and suppliers.
• Coordinate and monitor external technical teams and maintenance works, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest and booking records.
• Address guest requests or complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality (front desk, operations, or guest services).
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Excellent command of English and Greek; additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
• Solid understanding of invoicing procedures and OTA platforms (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
