Purchasing/ Cost Controller Manager

About the role:

Nikki Beach Resort Porto Heli is looking for an experienced Purchasing /Cost Controller Manager. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to managing costs and deliveries. Will work closely with department heads to ensure all financial goals are met.

Overview

Accountable for the cost control processes across various departments, especially focusing on F&B profitability while closely collaborating with other teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsabilities

• Oversee and monitor all purchasing activities including food, beverage, and operational supplies
• Receiving and quality control of products
• Organizing products in the warehouse
• Review and validate invoices and costs related to all purchases
• Checking and recording invoices and internal transfer notes
• Conduct periodic and monthly inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cost control or financial role within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software
• Ability to communicate effectively across various teams
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Understanding of cost control methodologies and best practices
