About the Role

As a Hotel Groom, you play a vital role in shaping the daily guest experience by ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and smooth hotel operations. Your position combines attention to detail, physical activity, and service excellence, ensuring that every space reflects the high hospitality standards of ZEUS Hotels & Resorts.

Working closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams, you contribute to seamless operations and outstanding guest satisfaction across our properties.

What you’ll do

• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest corridors, hallways, and public areas
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and care for surfaces
• Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with recycling procedures
• Assist with luggage handling during guest arrivals and departures
• Support room amenities replenishment and deliver guest-requested items
• Assist guests with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

• Has previous experience in a similar role (preferred)

• Is flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Has knowledge of basic health and safety procedures
