- Lead Management:
Handling incoming leads, following up with potential customers, and managing the sales funnel.
- Sales & Consultation:
Identifying customer requirements, recommending suitable villas, and using product knowledge to make recommendations.
- Property Viewings:
Conducting tours of villa properties, highlighting features, and answering questions from potential renters.
- Negotiation & Contracts:
Negotiating rental terms, processing bookings, and ensuring all relevant contract terms and conditions are communicated.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Building rapport, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks:
Inputting reservations, managing invoices, collecting customer information, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Marketing:
Assisting with creating promotional materials or contributing to online listings to attract potential tenants.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through calendar management, correspondence, and reporting
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, appointments, client site inspections, and follow-ups for the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring all arrangements reflect the company's luxury standards
- Draft, proofread, and manage the timely delivery of contracts and client communications, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and brand voice
- Maintain and update client and lead records within the CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and facilitating targeted sales initiatives
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive brand experience at all stages of the sales cycle
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company’s events, including familiarization (FAM) trips, media visits, trade shows and client appreciation events
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report updates to the sales team
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in conducting market research and competition analysis to identify new business opportunities
