  • Lead Management: 

Handling incoming leads, following up with potential customers, and managing the sales funnel. 

  • Sales & Consultation: 

Identifying customer requirements, recommending suitable villas, and using product knowledge to make recommendations. 

  • Property Viewings: 

Conducting tours of villa properties, highlighting features, and answering questions from potential renters. 

  • Negotiation & Contracts: 

Negotiating rental terms, processing bookings, and ensuring all relevant contract terms and conditions are communicated. 

  • Customer Relationship Management: 

Building rapport, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

  • Administrative Tasks: 

Inputting reservations, managing invoices, collecting customer information, and completing necessary paperwork. 

  • Marketing: 

Assisting with creating promotional materials or contributing to online listings to attract potential tenants. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through calendar management, correspondence, and reporting
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, appointments, client site inspections, and follow-ups for the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring all arrangements reflect the company's luxury standards
  • Draft, proofread, and manage the timely delivery of contracts and client communications, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and brand voice
  • Maintain and update client and lead records within the CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and facilitating targeted sales initiatives
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive brand experience at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company’s events, including familiarization (FAM) trips, media visits, trade shows and client appreciation events
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report updates to the sales team
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team in conducting market research and competition analysis to identify new business opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales & Communication: Strong sales, negotiation, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Product & Destination Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury properties, destinations, and market trends. 
  • Customer Service: A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide service and build long-term relationships. 
  • Organization & Administration: Ability to manage administrative tasks, organize paperwork, and maintain accurate records. 
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with reservation and invoicing systems.
