F&B Outlet Manager (seasonal)

Job Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position in a hotel environment/ restaurant
- Experience in leading teams in a high volume destination restaurant
- Experience in leading teams in a pool bar environment, desirable
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven ability to train, develop and lead a team of people.
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and implement a brief.
- Have superb time management skills, effective communication with customers and team.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, additional languages will be considered as an asset.
