Front Office and Hospitality Services Coordinator

Sun Aeriko is a new-age boutique hotel in Tinos that presents a spontaneous holiday concept. We combine Cycladic ambiance, a strong connection with local art, and a contemporary approach to the agricultural side of the island, enriched with the cosmopolitan elements of the Aegean Islands. Sun Aeriko becomes the perfect choice for those seeking a holiday experience full of Cycladic landscape, locality, and a minimal version of earthy design.

When guests imagine their perfect holiday in the Cyclades, it begins long before they step onto the ferry. You will be their first impression, ensuring that the booking process is seamless, enjoyable, and professional. Without you, we may have reservations, but we would lack the meaningful connection that builds anticipation and excitement.

However, our success doesn’t end with the first impression. You are the person who will showcase the unique and authentic hospitality that makes Sun Aeriko stand out. Through your efforts, every guest will feel at home, enjoying an experience filled with warmth, attention to detail, and personal care. You are the reason our guests will talk about us, remember their stay, and want to return again and again.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

In a small boutique hotel like ours, this role goes beyond the front desk. You will be trusted with responsibility, decision-making, and the ability to operate independently when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistency in guest experience. You’ll be the maestro of our reservation and guest experience operations, creating a harmony of service that guests will remember forever. You’ll ensure that every inquiry is met with enthusiasm, every booking is seamless, and every guest feels cared for.

  • Manage room reservations through multiple channels like phone, email, and online systems.
  • Monitor room availability and optimize inventory for maximum occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle reservation changes and cancellations with grace and efficiency.
  • Welcome guests and manage front-desk service
  • Provide impeccable customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and crafting solutions for special requests (before and during the stay).
  • Engage with guest reviews on Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and other platforms, ensuring thoughtful responses that reflect our dedication to excellence.
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping flow (room priorities, schedules, and quality checks) ensuring rooms are ready on time and standards stay consistent.

 

You need these qualifications

  • You’ve excelled in a similar role for at least two years, ideally within the Hospitality Industry.
  • You are highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented, with a calm, service-first attitude.
  • Your communication skills in both Greek and English are excellent.
  • You are confident using hotel systems such as PMS, WebHotelier, Primalres, and OTA platforms.
  • Your proficiency in MS Office Suite is second nature.
  • You’re a hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitude and a team-oriented spirit.
