We are actively seeking a highly experienced Executive Housekeeper on behalf of Nous Hotel Santorini.

Executive Housekeeper- Nous Santorini
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient operations and quality service.

Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Inspect employees’ rooms in the beginning and at the end of season.

Ensure proper inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.

Train and motivate housekeeping team members.

Manage and oversee room assignments, guest requests, and the overall guest experience.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain health and safety standards in all housekeeping activities.

Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services in a professional manner.

Reports directly to the Rooms Division Manager and performs any additional tasks or duties assigned by him, in line with the department’s operational needs.
Requirements

Tourism diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications in hospitality or management are a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of housekeeping management software and MS Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Awareness of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Ability to handle sensitive guest issues with discretion and professionalism.
