As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
What you will do
• Management of group’s digital assets
• Google ads, Meta ads
• Social media and digital marketing campaigns management across platforms [Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.]
• Management and monitoring of paid campaigns [Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc]
• Sales offers promotion
• Management of SEO / CRO campaigns [keyword, image optimization etc.]
• Data and performance metrics Analysis to identify new opportunities
• Online reputation management and customer support
• Website / mobile app maintenance, updates, new pages, content creation & management
• Website / mobile app A-B testing
• Content management and updates of Group’s online concierge platform
• Collaboration with hotels’ ORMs to ensure smooth digital assets management
• Measurement and reporting on a weekly, monthly and annual basis for sales and revenue results, performance of marketing campaigns and hotels’ reputation
• Creation and monitoring of digital assets’ related KPIs

We are looking for a team spirited, adaptable professional, with strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, thinking outside the box, keen interest to develop new competencies, ability to work and deliver under pressure, who:
• Holds a BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or related field
• Has minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or in a similar role
• Has strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Has proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Social Media platforms and email marketing software
• Has knowledge of Digital Analytics tools [eg Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Social Media Analytics]
• Is able to identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate
• Has good understanding of conversion tracking, display advertising, social media technology, and cross-channel marketing
• Is skilled and experienced in creative content writing
• Has project management skills, analytical mindset, critical thinking and attention to detail
• Possesses strong creative thinking and excellent writing skills in English & Greek
