Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services and Mykonos island
Requirements:
- 2-3 experience years minimum experience as a Front Office Agent in a 4★ or 5★ hotel
- Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Friendly, professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure in a seasonal environment
