Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Front Desk operations and team
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle guest requests and complaints
  • Coordinate with other departments for optimal guest experience

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
  • Experience in a similar role in a 4★ or 5★ hotel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems (preferably HOTELIZER) 
  • Fluent in English (additional language is an advantage)
