Responsibilities:
- Supervise Front Desk operations and team
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Coordinate with other departments for optimal guest experience
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
- Experience in a similar role in a 4★ or 5★ hotel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems (preferably HOTELIZER)
- Fluent in English (additional language is an advantage)
