Hotel Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hotel operations and departments

  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards

  • Manage budgets, revenue, and cost control

  • Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and staff

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Hotel Manager or Assistant Manager in a 4★ or 5★ hotel

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management

  • Excellent knowledge in hotel management software & PMS (preferably HOTELIZER) and MS Office - Computer skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Ability to work under pressure in a seasonal environment
