Requirements:

• Experience of 6 years min. in a fine dining restaurant, a la carte menu
• Ensure smooth running of culinary operations and maintain the highest standards achievable
• Motivate and lead by example - Kitchen administrative skills
• Culinary Degree 
• Good knowledge of Hygiene and HACCP Standards
• Teamwork 
• Adaptability 
• Letter of recommendation if available
