About the Role
As an At Your Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing all guest calls and requests with efficiency, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. Acting as the central point of contact, you ensure that every request is handled with accuracy and delivered in a timely manner according to Marriott service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all internal and external calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Process guest requests and coordinate with operational departments
- Handle wake-up calls, guest inquiries, and complaints
- Log, track, and follow up on all requests to completion
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Uphold Marriott communication and service etiquette
Requirements
- Previous customer service or call-center experience; hotel experience preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
