About the role:

• As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a warm welcome and a memorable experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and a proactive approach, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
• Coordinate with hotel departments, ensuring seamless communication to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enrich their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to elevate their experience to new heights.
• Assist in managing the welcome experience, facilitating smooth check-ins and offering personalized recommendations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.

• Previous experience in guest relations, hotel front desk, or a customer service role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying guest needs.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
