Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Relations Agent to provide personalized service to guests and ensure their stay is pleasant and memorable. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for guests, offering solutions to their needs and managing their experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized service to create memorable guest experiences.

Receive and respond to daily emails related to guest service requests and take appropriate actions to fulfill them.

Monitor guest satisfaction.

Respond promptly and effectively manage any guest complaints or requests.

Manage reservations, organize events, or handle special requests according to guests’ preferences.

Collaborate with other hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage) to meet guest needs.

Maintain guest records and provide reports for the continuous improvement of services.

Organize and conduct hotel tours for interested guests.

Provide support to the front desk when required, ensuring the smooth operation of hotel services.
Qualifications
-
Degree in Tourism or Customer Service (preferred).

Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable).

Good computer skills and knowledge of customer or reservation management software.

Flexibility in working hours.
Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to handle complaints and resolve problems professionally.

Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.

Ability to organize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
