Role Philosophy

Service A is not just a service role.

It is a hospitality communication role, focused on creating a seamless experience for the guest by connecting service, kitchen and reception.

The main value of this position is guest interaction, coordination and ownership, not administration.

Core Purpose

To ensure guests feel seen, cared for and understood, especially in relation to dining, special requests and VIP handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service during breakfast and all-day dining

• Act as the main communication bridge between:

– guests

– reception

– kitchen

• Handle and follow up on:

– special dietary requests

– allergies

– VIP guest preferences

– personalised dining needs

• Communicate clearly with cooks to adapt dishes when needed

• Coordinate service flow so the guest experience remains smooth and calm

• Take ownership of guest satisfaction during dining

• Support F&B organisation tasks (orders, stock) as a secondary responsibility, not the core of the role

Profile We Are Looking For

• Naturally communicative and guest-oriented

• Comfortable speaking directly with guests and kitchen

• Understands that hospitality is about connection and responsiveness

• Takes responsibility instead of deflecting requests

• Calm under pressure, solution-driven

• Strong English communication

This role is not suitable for candidates who prefer back-of-house focus or minimal guest interaction.
