Role Philosophy

This is a guest-facing role with real responsibility, not a passive front desk
position.
The Receptionist is expected to act as a one-point-of-contact for the guest,
ensuring that requests are handled immediately, personally and with care,
rather than being redirected or delayed.
We are looking for people who enjoy interacting with guests and take
ownership of the guest experience.

Core Purpose

To deliver authentic, personal hospitality, acting as the central communication
link between the guest and all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in / check-out with a warm, professional
attitude
• Act as one point of service for guest requests, ensuring follow-up and
resolution
• Communicate actively with:
– housekeeping
– kitchen & service
– spa
– guest experience
• Handle restaurant reservations, transfers and car rentals
• Manage special requests and preferences
• Anticipate guest needs rather than waiting to be asked
• Ensure accurate communication of guest notes and requests in the PMS

• Understands hospitality as personal care, not a checklist
• Calm, organized and solution-oriented
• Excellent English communication
This role is not suitable for candidates who prefer limited interaction or strictly
defined tasks.
