Oversee the daily operation of all F&B outlets (Restaurant / Bar / Breakfast / Room Service)

Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Ensure service excellence in line with 5* standards and brand guidelines

Manage ordering, inventory, supplier coordination, and stock control

Monitor and control food & beverage costs, budgets, and departmental KPIs

Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing across all shifts

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Management on menu planning, wine list, and promotions

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (HACCP)

Proven experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership skills and excellent communication

Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered a plus)

Solid knowledge of F&B cost control and operational procedures

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
