Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest
satisfaction.
- Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high
level of guest satisfaction.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Performing other related front desk agent duties as required by the hotel.
Requirements
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.
- Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an
additional language will be appreciated.
- Previous hotel experience in similar position.
- Computer Literacy – Knowledge of OPERA or Fidelio.
- Friendly and have a polite personality.
- Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs.
- With excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
