Bartender – Rodopou & Beyond

Location: Hilton Garden Inn Athens Syggrou Avenue, Athens

Are you an experienced bartender with a passion for creating exceptional cocktails and delivering top-notch guest service? Rodopou & Beyond, located on the 6th floor of the Hilton Garden Inn Athens Syggrou Avenue hotel, is looking for a Bartender to join our dynamic team!

Position: Bartender

Reports to: F&B Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and flair.

· Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere while delivering exceptional service.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good order.

· Assist with inventory management and restocking bar supplies.

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless guest experience.

· Stay up to date with the latest cocktail trends, drink recipes, and beverage innovations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with a passion for mixology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to ensuring the guest experience is top-notch.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A love for the vibrant atmosphere of a rooftop restaurant & bar.
