Job description:
We are seeking a Revenue Cost Control Officer to manage vital financial workflows—from pre-checking reservations and monitoring sales commissions to preparing weekly aging analysis reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Pre-checks reservations and ensuring accurate pricing.
- Monitors sales commissions across all channels.
- Reviews agency client rate lists.
- Performs general checks on all revenue generated from Accommodation.
- Verifies and reconciles credit card charges.
- Sends invoices electronically to clients.
- Maintains records of credit notes and cancellations.
- Monitors client accounts and balances through the ERP accounting system.
- Prepares weekly aging analysis reports of client balances.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration (specialization in technology will be considered an asset).
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with technology and information systems (preferably Opera).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
