Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook A who will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes with precision and creativity.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

 

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (appetizers, main courses, desserts) following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure high levels of quality, flavor, and consistency
  • Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and improvements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
  • Support the team during busy service periods
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

• Has previous experience as a Cook A or Line Cook
• Holds a culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred)
• Has strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation
• Performs well in fast-paced environments
• Pays close attention to detail and quality
• Is flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Has strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
