What you’ll do
- Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional approach
- Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen or bar
- Present the menu, make recommendations, and answer guest questions
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas at all times
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members
- Process bills and payments efficiently and accurately
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
