About the Role
As a Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success of the hotel, overseeing daily operations, guest experience, and team performance. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, and creating a positive and engaging environment for both guests and employees.
Working closely with various departments, you will balance people management, operational efficiency, and commercial objectives. This role combines structure, organization, and creativity, with a strong focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support the hotel team, promoting a positive and high-performance culture
- Plan and implement operational strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals
- Oversee all operational departments, such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction through effective communication, feedback handling, and service recovery
- Monitor maintenance needs, repairs, and general upkeep of the property
- Track budgets, financial performance, and key metrics to support profitability
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase occupancy, revenue, and guest loyalty
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, legal regulations, and internal policies
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Encourage continuous improvement, staff development, and innovative ideas

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate studies are a plus)
- Has previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Has a solid understanding of hospitality operations and service standards
- Is confident in decision-making and handling multiple priorities
- Speaks English fluently (additional languages are an advantage)
- Has experience with hotel management systems (knowledge of specific PMS is a plus)
