About the role

We are looking for a PMS Setup Specialist with prior hands-on experience in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) to join our Customer Setup Team in Athens. 

As part of the Setup Team, you will play a key role in ensuring that new clients have a smooth and efficient start with hotelizer PMS. You will help them configure their accounts, train them on system functionality, and make sure they are ready to use hotelizer confidently and successfully. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, organized, and proactive communicators who enjoy helping people and can translate technical processes into simple, user-friendly guidance.

It’s an excellent opportunity for professionals with a front office or reservations background who want to evolve their experience in a more dynamic and tech-focused direction, contributing directly to the success of our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and setup process of hotelizer PMS.

  • Configure system settings and integrations according to each client’s needs (ERP, myDATA, e-invoicing).

  • Conduct personalized online training sessions and product walkthroughs.

  • Ensure a seamless transition from setup to active usage, supporting clients during their first steps.

  • Collaborate closely with the Support, Sales, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

  • Collect and communicate client feedback to improve onboarding workflows and product usability.

  • Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and milestones.

  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends in travel technology.



Requirements

  • Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken).

  • Previous experience in a client onboardingimplementation, or customer success role.

  • Background in tourism or technology—through studies or hotel work—is helpful but not required; full training will be provided.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Comfort with modern digital tools and CRM systems.

  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.
