About the Role

The Restaurant Manager is a leader responsible for the overall success and prosperity of our signature restaurant. Acting as both brand ambassador and host, the Restaurant Manager ensures outstanding service, guest recognition, operational excellence, and revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with the Leadership team, Kitchen, Marketing, and Guest Relations to deliver exceptional experiences. A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and guest-centric leadership are essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service teams.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury standards
  • Manage reservations, table allocation, and guest flow in collaboration with Hosting team.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and Bar Manager on menus and service flow
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
  • Coordinate staffing schedules according to seasonality and demand
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is more than welcome.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor in a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, cost and labor control.
  • Familiarity with POS (MICROS/Simphony), OpenTable or similar.
  • Strong leadership, cross-cultural sensitivity, and guest service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Greek required; additional languages are a plus.
