About the Role

As an Assistant Waiter/Waitress, you support the senior service team and ensure the service runs flawlessly. You maintain a refined, friendly presence while handling guest requests, preparing tables, delivering dishes, and ensuring every detail reflects our luxury-lifestyle identity.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist Waiter/Waitress in delivering elevated service.
• Prepare and maintain table settings and service areas.
• Deliver dishes and beverages professionally and promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer warm, intuitive assistance.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and SOP consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hospitality environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for service.
• Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
