About the Role

As the Host/Hostess, you are the first and last impression of the journey. With grace, hospitality and precision, you curate the guest arrival experience, manage reservations and seating, and serve as the communication bridge between guests and service teams. You embody luxury hospitality — warm, elegant and always attentive.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with refined hospitality, confidence and grace.
• Manage reservations, waitlists and seating plans to optimize guest flow and maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate with leadership on VIPs, special requests and guest preferences.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and ensure guest recognition across return visits.
• Assist in managing reservation platforms.
• Ensure the entrance, reception stand and waiting areas are pristine at all times.
• Support guest communication via phone and email.
• Provide introductions when needed and assist with guest questions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury restaurants, hotels or high-end lifestyle venues
• Strong interpersonal skills, polished appearance and gracious demeanor
• Fluent in English (Greek is a plus)
• Familiar with reservation systems
