About the Role

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a premium guest experience aligned with luxury service standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and other hot/cold beverages to high-quality standards
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders
• Ensure consistency in coffee taste, quality, and presentation
• Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Provide friendly and professional guest interaction
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
• Attention to detail and passion for quality coffee
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
