About the Role

The Beach Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing attentive, high-quality food and beverage service to guests in the beach and sunbed areas, ensuring a relaxed yet luxury guest experience throughout their visit.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages directly to guests at sunbeds and beach seating areas
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver items promptly and professionally
• Ensure excellent guest interaction and personalized service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned beach sections
• Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest requests, complaints, or special needs promptly and politely
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with setup, replenishment, and closing of beach service areas

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress (beach club or luxury hospitality preferred)
• Strong customer-service orientation and friendly personality
• Ability to work outdoors and remain professional in high-temperature conditions
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
• Professional appearance and team-player attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
