About the Role

The Chef is responsible for leading all kitchen operations, ensuring culinary excellence, operational efficiency, and consistency across the menu. This role combines creative direction with hands-on leadership in a premium, high-energy beach dining environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production.

• Develop and execute menus aligned with the concept and brand identity.

• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team across all levels.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

• Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

• Implement and maintain SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, events, and activations.

• Monitor kitchen performance and continuously improve efficiency.

• Ensure smooth service during peak hours and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in premium hospitality.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Deep understanding of Mediterranean and lifestyle dining concepts.

• Experience in high-volume, seasonal, or beach club environments.

• Financial awareness with strong cost-control skills.

• Creativity combined with operational discipline.

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
