Reservations Agent

About the role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be at the forefront of the guest journey, turning every booking request into a smooth and professional introduction to our hospitality experience. Your role blends accuracy, communication, and service excellence, ensuring each reservation reflects the high standards of ZEUS Hotels & Resorts.
Working closely with Front Office, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams, you will contribute to seamless coordination and guest satisfaction across our properties.

What you’ll do

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Provide accurate information regarding rooms, amenities, services, and hotel policies
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations with precision in the reservation systems
• Manage special requests and group bookings in line with procedures
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Support upselling and cross-selling of packages and promotions
• Address reservation-related guest inquiries or concerns professionally
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection and privacy policies

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in reservations or customer service (preferred)
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is detail-oriented and well-organized
• Is familiar with reservation systems and MS Office
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has a good command of the English language
