Club Dance Holidays, a leading provider of worldwide dance breaks, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic self-employed Reservations Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a flexible, mostly remote full-time role.

Position: Reservations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Manage bookings for dance holiday packages, ensuring accuracy and a seamless customer journey

• Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, accommodation, and dance programmes

• Process payments and follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances

• Maintain and update booking systems and customer records

• Liaise with internal team members to ensure smooth coordination of bookings and travel arrangements

Requirements

• Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage enquiries efficiently

• Confident using Microsoft Office and online booking systems (training provided where required)

• Genuine interest in travel and dance (experience is a bonus but not essential)

• Previous experience in reservations, travel, or customer service is advantageous but not required
