The Role

We are seeking an intelligent, proactive, and enthusiastic young professional who wishes to build a long-term career in luxury hospitality.

This is a full-year position combining reservations, product management, and on-the-ground operations, offering a complete understanding of the luxury villa and travel business.

The role requires seasonal relocation:

  • May – October: Based in Mykonos, combining office duties with extensive villa operations and guest services
  • October – May: Based in our Glyfada (Athens Riviera) office, focusing primarily on reservations, product management, and client communication

 

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Product Management (Year-Round)

  • Work with the company’s internal reservation and property management software
  • Upload, manage, and maintain:
    • Villa descriptions and content
    • Photo and visual material
    • Rates, policies, and property details
  • Update and monitor availability calendars for all properties
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s villa portfolio and services
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
  • Prepare, customize, and send offers and proposals
  • Support the reservations team throughout the booking process

Operations & Guest Experience (Primarily May – October)

  • Conduct villa inspections before and after guest stays
  • Organize villas prior to guest arrival, including:
    • Pre-stocking
    • Special setups and guest requests
  • Perform guest check-ins:
    • Welcome clients at the villa
    • Present and tour the property
    • Introduce the destination and villa services
  • Act as a point of contact for guests throughout their stay
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and external partners
  • Monitor property condition during stays and report issues
  • Inspect villas at check-out and report any damages
  • Assist guests with professional and smooth check-out procedures

 

Candidate Profile

Education & Background

  • Degree or studies in:
    • Hospitality
    • Tourism
    • Sales
    • Business or a related field

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) – mandatory
  • Valid driving license & confident driver – essential
  • Ability to work independently and travel between villa locations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, polite, and well-presented appearance
  • Ability to communicate confidently with high-profile international clients
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
