A Front Office Shift Leader plays a key role in hotel operations by coordinating the front desk team during a shift and ensuring excellent guest service.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of Front Office experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional guest service mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
