We are looking for Servers / Waiters who understand that good service is quiet, consistent, and dependable.

The Role

This is a front-line service role.

Your responsibility is not to impress with personality, but to:

• follow service standards

• maintain flow and timing

• support the team

• ensure guests feel comfortable and looked after

You will work within a structured service team under clear supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service according to standards

• Maintain timing, order, and table awareness

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams

• Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

• Follow service procedures and instructions from supervisors

• Support team flow during peak service periods

What This Role Is NOT

• Not suitable for unstructured or careless service

• Not a role without accountability

Requirements

• Previous service or hospitality experience (preferred)

• Basic communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
